The 2023 Golden Poppy Awards and Garden Party

We invite you to join your fellow Altadena Heritage members to celebrate the beautiful front yards in our town. Teams of dedicated judges has been walking and viewing every street in town to find the gardens that best “give to the street”.

We will be holding this outdoor event in one of the premier gardens in Altadena. Mark and Carol Forbush have created an amazing, beautiful landscape on Mendocino Street and we are so lucky and grateful to have access to this wonderful space for our ceremony.

Food: An assortment of delicious foods will be served along with wine and other beverages.

Music: The mello sounds of Altadena guitarist, Gerry Rothschild, will fill the garden.
